Oil Tank Emergency

Evening Call Out on a steel bunded oil tank in Hemyock.
It is always worth checking steel tanks over. This example was a bunded steel oil tank, yet failed after only 12 years due to rusting from the inside out, which easily goes unnoticed from the outside. In this case the customer was outside and noticed the damage, prompt after a phone call on our call out line we arrived and pumped all saveable oil into a holding tank on site for the customer.
This is why we advise Harlequin plastic bunded tanks as we find them reliable, long lasting (expected life span 25 years plus) and visibly easier to spot damage.
